Returns and Replacements

1. We do not accept returns unless the product you purchased is defective due to manufacturing. If you receive a defective product and wish to return your product, please contact us with details of the product and the issues via one of the following options:

1. If you are unhappy with your product and wish to request a replacement or adjustment to your product, please contact us via phone or email. We do not guarantee that replacements or adjustments will be made.
2. You can send the product to: 216 Moo 1 Soi Hyland, Suksawat Rd, K.M. 19 Pakklongbangplakod, Samutprakarn, 10290, Thailand
3. Postage and handling costs are not refundable, and additional shipping and handling costs will be incurred in sending the replaced item.
4. Upon receipt of the product, we will examine the product and notify you via e-mail whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund based on your request. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the product purchase price.
5. Products will only be accepted for replacement or refund providing they are returned in their original and unused state and within 7 days of purchase. This is a protection in place for you as well as the health of our team due to the occupational safety, health, and environment act.

Cancellations

1. We do not accept cancellations once payment has been made.
2. If you have completed an order, not made payment, and would like to cancel your order, please contact us via phone or email.
3. We reserve the right to cancel your order if you have not made payment within 7 days of making your order.

Shipping

1. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.
2. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.
3. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment.
4. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
6. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
